I am in complete awe of how good I feel, how amazing food tastes, flowers smell, feels feel!! I never imagined that I could be this intentional in my living and know that God has been waiting for me to get here to use me for BIG things...I no longer look through the lens of a dirty looking glass but through the clearness of sober minded living. I am more in tune with my emotions, my health, and my relationships.  I LOVE ME!"

 I posted on Sobersis FB. I read books. I listened to Podcasts. I kept busy. I prayed. It was hard work. But then I started to feel better. Soon I felt elated! I slept like a baby. I woke up refreshed. I was clear headed. I lost weight. I was free. I knew after a month that I could not moderate and would never go backwards in my journey. Life was too precious!"

 Life is fuller. I feel more in control of my choices and decisions about my life. I realized that drinking was keeping me from looking at some issues in my life that I needed to deal with. I have had some tough decisions to make in the past couple of months and being sober minded has helped me be more aware of the consequences and benefits of those decisions."
